Exotic aromas of Satsuma plum dark cherry and mocha peer through a peacock’s fantail of fruits of the forest.

Lip smacking flavours of raspberry and licorice are handsomely backed with savoury notes and spider delicious grainy tannins.

These grapes were sourced from a vineyard in Ballandean that was planted around a huge granite rock.

The name also pays tribute to the heavy body of the wine as well as the decomposed granite rock that has created the excellent draining soils of the Granite Belt over thousands of years.
