This elegant wine is named after our adopted daughter, Dan Ying. It celebrates the time of year when we harvest our grapes and commemorate her joining our family.
Just as our family is now a blend of cultures, this wine is a blend of Lagrein and Petit Verdot. Savour the complexities of mint, milk chocolate, black cherry, plum, cedar and a hint of violets.
