Update my wine club details!

Due to some in-progress background upgrades, we currently require you to call us on 07 4684 1388 to update your payment details over the phone. Please feel free to call or leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible! Apologies for any inconvenience.



  • Now, enter your new details into the fields below! You only need to enter what you need changed. For example, if your credit card expiry date has changed, but nothing else, just enter in a new expiry date! If there are any issues, we will reach out to you! If you have any concerns, please contact us at any time!
  • If nothing is entered, a collection card will be left if no one is home.

  • Wine Selection

    If you are not changing your club selection or frequency, please leave the below check boxes blank. If you are wanting to change your frequency/selection, only tick your desired plan, not your current plan! For example, I am a 6 monthly Premium member who wants to change to 3 monthly Reserve Reds. Therefore, I will tick a Reserve Reds option, and the "Every 3 Months" button.


    Make sure to let us know in the comments field what combination you would like, if not, you will receive the default 3 Sparkling Serenades and 3 Red Serenades.


  • Please enter any comments in this box. E.G. Never send me a Shiraz, always include a Fiano, etc.
