When is my next wine club pack being sent?
When your next wine club pack is sent is determined by your selection and frequency. This is what you selected on your application form in the cellar door or online in the webform. You can also refer to your welcome email we sent you shortly after you joined. If you no longer have your welcome email, no stress! Check below for the seasonal timings of each mail out.
Autumn
Last week of February – early March:
6 and 3 monthly Premium selection members are sent a pack.
3 monthly Reserve Reds, Serenades and Amphora members are sent a pack.
Winter
First week of June
6 and 3 monthly Reserve Reds, Serenade and Amphora members are sent a pack.
3 monthly Premium members are sent a pack.
Spring
Last week of August – early September
6 and 3 monthly Premium selection members are sent a pack.
3 monthly Reserve Reds, Serenades and Amphora members are sent a pack.
Summer
First week of December
6 and 3 monthly Reserve Reds, Serenade and Amphora members are sent a pack.
3 monthly Premium members are sent a pack.
We send out our email newsletter the day your card is charged for your pack. In the newsletter, you will find a link you can use if you need to urgently change the delivery address, delay or skip the current selection. Please know that while we will try to urgently make delivery changes, we cannot guarantee success once a pack is in the hands of a courier. It is always better to let us know early if you need to pause, skip or delay your subscription when needed.

I need to pause my membership, delay a delivery, or skip a pack, what do I do?
We pride ourselves on being a small business, where our subscription service is personal and makes you feel like a VIP. Simply call or email us and we will do our best to fulfill your request. If the matter is urgent (e.g. related to a pack that has just been sent), please use the link in the newsletter correlating to your delivery. We want to make sure you are satisfied and enjoy being in the wine club!
How do I cancel my membership?
After 12 months of deliveries, you can contact us at any time via email or phone, and we will cancel your membership immediately. If you have a pack in transit to you, we most likely cannot refund or cancel that specific delivery.
I didn’t receive my newsletter, what do I do?
Our newsletters will tell you what the current selection is and notifies you if you have a pack coming your way. If you didn’t receive a newsletter, please check the spam/junk folder of your emails for our newsletter and add us as a “trusted sender” (or your program’s equivalent). If you cannot find the newsletter in your emails, please call or email us and we will sort this out for you asap!
