An excellent vintage from our estate vineyard has produced a Cabernet Sauvignon that displays old world nuances. There is an elegance not usually seen in new world cabernets including complexities of tobacco leaf, cassis, dark Belgian chocolate, cedar, baking spice and graphite. There is a beautiful whole pallet profile with an excellent balance of wood, fruit and acid. The wine is fresh yet intense in structure.
